First is Attiude, when musicians are willing to play placing aside personal agenda for the good of the groups productivity.

Second is Appitude where each musician is knowlegable about the instrument they play and have confidence to create on their  axe.

Third is the hardest of all it is Schedule where the priority of Faith Family and Friends has to be tempered with group practice and proformance time.
